A superbly restored and modernised stone Longère situated on our small farm in the heart of the stunning Brittany countryside. The ground floor features a large open plan kitchen, dining area and large lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. The lounge has a TV with French channels and English freeview box, wifi, comfortable sofas, coal effect fan heater for cooler nights. Stairs lead up from the living area to a landing which provides access to two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds. Both bedrooms have electric heating and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. All bedding and towels are provided. Outside there is an elevated patio which can be accessed by steps or a shallow ramp with patio furniture and a BBQ.
The Gite has 2 double bedrooms so can comfortably accommodate four people. Six people would be fine if they use the lounge as a bedroom.
